Curly hair teens, dare to bare / Cuando es apropiado el remover vello en las niñas

Being a curly girl has many satisfactions that come with the versatility aspect of it, specially if you have a loosen curl pattern that allows you to go from curly to straight hair in no time, But with it comes a lot more challenges.

My daughter is only 10 and has very dark, curly hair and   is lovely, but that also means she is very hairy all over, when she was a baby that was just adorable, but as she is growing up and getting into the pre-teen stage that is no longer so adorable and if you add the fact that she is a dancer, the scenario is even worst- can you imagine a classic dancer with hairy legs and armpits?, lol-

Having facial, armpits and hairy legs can work against girls self esteem.

When is too young to remove unwanted hair?

Many discussions sites agree that there is no side effects on an early hair remover, being as young as 8 years old.

The best option according to the expert is to use Wax, because if girls start young even before their hair gets dark the hair will come out lighter and thinner.

what about the pain?

supposedly, -makes sense to me- as young girls hair being so "virgin" the hair can be easily and pain free remove. 

 I have been talking to my princess about this topic a lot and to be honest she is very scared about the pain factor, but now I believe that wax is the option for her, As a mother we just do what we think is best of our kids and in this case I just hope that everything turns just fine. you can attend to Wax your curly princess at home but in my case I will definitely will go with professionals; if you want to do this at home in this link you will find some helpful tips.

Ser una niña con el cabello rizado tiene muchas satisfacciones que vienen con el aspecto de la versatilidad, especialmente cuando se tiene un patrón de rizos sueltos que le permite ir de cabello  rizado a pelo lacio en muy poco tiempo, pero con ello viene varios desafíos.

Mi hija tiene tan solo 10   años y tiene un cabello oscuro y rizado, esto  una maravilla, pero eso también significa que es muy peluda en todo su cuerpo, cuando era un bebé esto era adorable, pero como ella está creciendo y entrando en el pre-adolescencia ya no es tan adorable y si se agrega el hecho de que ella es una bailarina, el escenario es aún peor ¿te imaginas una bailarina clásica con piernas peludas y axilas?, jeje-

Tener bello facial, en las axilas y las piernas  pueden afectar  la autoestima de las niñas.

Cuando se es demasiado joven para eliminar el vello no deseado?

Muchos sitios de discusiones comentan que no hay efectos secundarios en una depilación temprana, siendo tan jóvenes como de 8 años de edad.

La mejor opción de acuerdo con los expertos es el uso de la cera, porque si las niñas desde temprana edad se depilan,  incluso antes de que su pelo se oscurece el pelo saldrá más ligero y delgado.

¿qué pasa con el dolor?

supuestamente,-tiene sentido para mí-como el pelo de las jóvenes es "virgen" el pelo puede ser fácilmente eliminado y sin dolor.

He estado hablando con mi princesa acerca de este tema mucho y para ser honesta, está muy asustada por el tema del dolor, pero ahora creo que la cera es la mejor opción para ella, Las madres siempre hacemos lo que pensamos es lo mejor para nuestros hijos y en este caso solo espero que todo salga muy bien.
