Tips to Travel with natural curly hair / Tips para Viajar con el pelo al natural rizo

You are  traveling to another city or another country, your suite case is full of great clothes and shoes and accessories, but wait .... leave some space for you natural hair goodies. A bad hair day can ruin you business or vacation trip.. here are some tips to take the most out of your curly, kinky hair while traveling:

• Google is your friend, yes go to google and enter your destination to find out how is the weather? Dew point, humidity,  etc....Knowing this will help determinate what kind of products will work best for you.
• Don't try any complicated  last minute style, you want to make sure you have control of your final look, stick to those styles you know last longer and always look great on you..

• Products junky? Yes I know, me too, but this is not the time to experiment with a new product, again ..stick to the product that works for you based on the weather of your final destination. If it is a cold weather you may wanna avoid glycerin products.
• Is awesome if you have samples size of your products, but if you don't you don't have to go a buy some, all you have to do is buy those plastic travel empty bottles, you can even find them at the 99Cent stores or at a department store.

• If you are using plastic travel bottles "label" them, you don't wanna end up using Shampoo instead of leave-in, lol... If you have a printing labels machine, Bravo, if not you can either buy a label sheet and print them at home or get a sharpie and write it on your self.

• Protect your products and your clothes, putting them in a plastic sealed bag.. 

• For the plane, if your hair is long, a high ponytail wrap on itself is a good idea (I love to do the pineapple method to travel), but it is better not to put accessories that makes us uncomfortable on the plane. If you hair is too short, do a loose Ponytail at the nape of the neck, and a diadem of fabric, but do not over tighten. If your hair is short,  style it as natural as possible without products like hair gel, wax or foam, think that the product gets wet sweat staining the headrest, the best is a good anti frizz serum or fluid. Not advised using  hats, not only is it uncomfortable but it bothers other passengers.

Si vas a viajar a otra ciudad u otro país, Tu maleta o equipaje está lleno de ropa, zapatos y accesorios, pero espera .... dejar un poco de espacio para tus productos  del cabello. Un día con cabello feo puede arruinarte el  viaje de negocios o las vacaciones .. he aquí algunos consejos para aprovechar al máximo tu  pelo rizado o crespo durante tu  viaje:

• Google es tu amigo, sí, vaya a Google y busque el destino para saber como sera el clima? El punto de rocío, humedad, etc ... Saber esto te ayudará a determinar qué tipo de productos funciona mejor para ti.
• No trates estilos nuevos y complicados de última hora, asegurarse de que tienes el control de su aspecto final, Usa  los estilos que sabes te duran más tiempo y siempre se ven muy bien en ti ..

• Adicta a los Productos? Sí, lo sé, yo también, pero este no es el momento de experimentar con un nuevo producto, una vez más .. Usa  un  producto que sabes como te trabaja y te funciona, basado en el clima de tu destino final. Si se trata de un clima frío, es buena idea el  evitar los productos con glicerina.
• Es lo ideal el tener tus productos favoritos en tamaño pequeños,  pero si no lo tienes, no tienes que ir a comprar, todo lo que tienes que hacer es comprar las botellas de plástico vacías de viaje, incluso se puede encontrar en las tiendas de 99Cent o en una tienda por departamentos.
• Si estás utilizando botellas de plástico de viaje "ponle etiqueta", no quieras terminar usando champú en lugar de leave-in, jajjaj ... Si tienes una máquina de impresión de etiquetas, Bravo, si no puedes comprar una hoja de etiquetas e imprimirlas en casa o tener un rotulador y la escribirlas tu.

• Proteje tus productos y tu ropa, poniéndolas en una bolsa(funda) de plástico sellada ..

• En el avión, si tu cabello es largo, una cola de caballo alta envuelta en sí misma es una buena idea (a mi me encanta hacer el método de la piña para viajar), pero es mejor no usar accesorios que nos hacen sentir incómodas en el avión. Si tu cabello es demasiado corto, hacer una cola de caballo suelto en la nuca, y una diadema de tela, pero no la aprietes demasiado. Si tu cabello es corto, el estilo mas recomendable es el más natural posible sin usar productos como gel, cera o espuma, cuando estos se humedecen con sudor pueden manchar, lo mejor es un buen anti frizz en suero o en líquido. No se aconseja usar sombreros, no sólo es incómodo, pero le molesta a otros pasajeros.
