I Ran my first 10k "NaturalRun" / Corrí mi Primeros 10 k

Hola, if you follow me on Instagram and Twitter you already know this and if you don't follow me, you should because I post a lot of cool pictures about fitness, fashion, food, kids and  silly things (yes we all do, lol)
Nike women 10k
I was invited by Nike to join a 10k women's run in Santa Monica, this was an event to get ready for the  real thing This April 28- 13.1 Miles
I was going to the Gym for 2 1/2 years and don't get me wrong I love the gym, but I was getting bored of doing the same everyday, plus I knew everybody there, and if you know me, I talk a lot and I can be a little too friendly, so it was 1 hour talking and 30 minutes workout- not good- So I decided to take my fitness routine out side and at home.

At first I thought 10K was a lot; I will go to the race and whenever I got a chance I will sneak out without being seen- I said to myself-, lol, but the nike crew was amazing with motivation, they cheered me up, ran next to me, motivated me, and I did it..

Find more information about the 13.1miles run (I may be there) Tips and Downloadable training program Here
