 I didn't know much about soybean oil myself, so I had a one on one reading with my friend google. What is soybean? it is healthy? Will my hair benefit from it?  It is good for my health? 

Soybean oil for your hair.

Soybean oil is used to cook with, but it can also be used for your hair. This oil is very versatile, has a nice scent, easy to work and affordable. 

One of the major benefits of soybean oil is moisture, you can use it as a deep treatment once or twice a week. The omega three fats and other oils in this food lubricate hair. Simply work 1/2 cup of soybean oil into dry hair and leave it on for 30 minutes.

Soybean oil is also very nourishing because it contains vitamins and other nutrients. This oil can improve softness and manageability.

The properties within the soybeans do more than just help hair maintain moisture. As you use soybean oil, over time you will also notice that this healthy oil strengthens your locks. Soybeans are dense and loaded with protein.

Hair is made of protein, and additional proteins consumed in your diet and put on your hair helps to add strength and durability. A protein-rich food as soy products helps boost hair growth. As any other plan or routine Consistency is the key to success.

Soy products may help to re-grow hair that is lost due to immune disorders such as alopecia areata. WILD GREEN SALAD WITH STRAWBERRY ALMOND VINAIGRETTE.

For the Vinaigrette you will need:
1/2 cup   soybean oil
1/2 cup   Fresh strawberries
1/4 cup   Almond
1/4 cup   Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 cup   Water
3 tbsp     Red onion
2tsp        Brown sugar
1/4 tsp    Salt
1/8 tsp    Ground Black pepper

Wild Green salad
6 Cups    Mixed wild greens
1/4 cup   Blue cheese
1/2 cup   Fresh strawberries
1/4 cup    Almond

Preparation: for the vinaigrette put all the ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth; refrigerate.
Place all the greens in a large bowl, pour 1/2 cup of the vinaigrette over and sprinkle the cheese, almond and strawberries.
Variation: substitute the strawberries for rasberries or the almond for walnut..

For you over all health Soybean oil is one of the most versatile ingredients you can use in the kitchen  to create the meals you love without changing the taste. Better for health and affordable.
